If you need technical support for a PHABRIX product, please contact us via email at techsupport@avbbcorp.com. Otherwise, you may follow these steps:

1) Fill out the form below. Please include as much information as possible in order to diagnose your technical or service issue faster.

2) Once submitted, you will get a separate confirmation email including an RMA number, in case you are asked to return the product.

3) Our Service Department will contact you as soon as possible with further instructions.

 
  • Be aware that there is a US$100 (non-refundable) evaluation fee for products out of warranty. This fee will be subtracted from the final repair cost, if you decide to have the unit repaired with us.
  • If the unit is required to be sent to our service center, please write the RMA number outside of the box, as part of the shipping instructions provided by our Service Dept.
  • Customer or reseller is responsible for all shipping expenses to our service center (including taxes and customs duties, for international customers).
